TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAPS
A tentative subdivision map is a plan showing a conceptual division of land. It is a land surveying document and is used to show the proposed subdivision and development of real property. They are oftentimes prepared with the assistance of a Civil Engineer and other professional when deemed necessary by the Licensed Land Surveyor.
